To preserve the professional integrity of the CLI Global Society Regional Meeting Series and protect the investment of our valued exhibitors and sponsors, solicitation and sales activities are strictly limited to registered and paid exhibitors within their assigned exhibit spaces. Sales or promotional activities—including distribution of marketing materials, product demonstrations, or business solicitation—are not permitted by any individuals or organizations who are not officially contracted exhibitors.
This policy applies to: Registered physician attendees engaging in sales or business promotion on the exhibit floor.
Sponsors or companies registered as attendees attempting to market, demonstrate, or sell products or services to attendees or exhibitors without securing an exhibit booth.
Any unauthorized distribution of materials in common areas, educational sessions, or other conference spaces.
CLI Global Society Regional Meeting Series reserves the right to take appropriate action against violators of this policy, which may include removal from the event without refund, loss of future attendance privileges, and other measures deemed necessary to maintain a fair and compliant environment.
Beware of Unauthorized List Rental Solicitations!
Please be aware that CLI Global Society does not sell or distribute attendee lists to any third-party vendor. If you have been approached by a third-party vendor to purchase CLI Global Society attendee list, it is a scam. If you receive correspondence from any individuals claiming to be selling an attendee list, please report them to info@cliglobalsociety.org. We will take the appropriate action and suggest you do not respond or engage with these vendors.
